As a leading global recruitment consultancy a client of ours is looking to hire 10 lucky graduates to expand their London team. My client boasts 39 offices worldwide with 600 employee's representing multiple brands within the company.
As a Recruitment Consultant in this company you will be placing into a highly lucrative market, Technology. You will get to know the market inside and out for the first 3-6 months, researching companies, cold calling candidates and exploring LinkedIn to build up your network. You will be headhunting, generating leads and essentially creating a database of high calibre candidates to work with as well as bringing new clients on board!

You will start on a £19k basic salary, which will increase to £21k after 6 months at the company. It doesn't stop there..the rewards start here! Commission is a huge part of recruitment. In your first year you should be on target to earn £40k and targeting £65k in your second year! After your second year with the company you will be on track to managing your own desk and team of consultants as part of the progression progress - the earning potential will continue to increase! Top billers within the company have previously been rewarded with Lunch clubs incentives, Trips to Las Vegas and Chamonix.
Previous successful candidates have achieved a 2.1 from a Redbrick University and had a real drive to get stuck into a sales role! If you are an ambitious, money hungry, entrepreneurial GRADUATE then you should be applying for this role!!!
