Position Overview
In this position you will be working on the Telecom Expense Management (TEM) Project with the Business Management team.
You will be responsible for importing data into the TEM system, raising change requests and seeing them through to completion, extracting data and manipulating reports from the TEM system to provide to the business in a timely manner, and creating new and ongoing relationships with internal teams overseas.
Responsibilities
• Generate proactive actions to provide administration improvements where needed
• Meet customer needs and priorities
• Provide Businesses cost management and detailed reporting
• Creates reports that provide insight about product and service costs to Business Managers
• Perform standard data analysis e.g. cost reporting per user, cost centre and business levels
• Collect, analyse and produce metrics on costings to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings
• Define and collect clients requirements in collaboration with Business Management and clients
• Work with operations and Business Managers to continuously improve existing processes
• Processing of invoices, cost allocations and associated inventory provision for the Business for IT related services
• Management of various telecommunications services
• Purchase order processing and vendor onboarding
• Bulk data uploads into our expense management system
• Creation of reports and distribution to the Business
• General administration tasks as required
• Create new long-term relationships with peers in other countries
Requirements
• Very strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience with IT ordering systems and invoice processing
• Passion and proven ability to work with Big Data, management information and financial figures
• Understands change and attunes to changes in the environment and business, and responds quickly and flexibly by taking appropriate strategic or tactical measures
• Knowledge of business analysis and banking processes
• Ability to identify and interpret stakeholders needs and requirements
• Ability to commit and prioritise work duties and tasks
• Strong time-management skills
• Strong knowledge of financial data analysis
• Self-motivated, responsible, confident and excellent communication skills
• Good relationship skills, to build co-operative relationships with other IT areas, vendors and stakeholders
• Good knowledge of Financial Services industry
• Good knowledge of Change Management processes
• Proficient in MS Office tools (including Project) and Lotus Notes
• Expert in MS Excel and utilising Pivot Tables
• An understanding of Excel Macros an advantage
• Previous experience with Quickcomm beneficial
• High level of detail in reviewing data
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Previous experience working in projects with tight deadlines
• General administration and IT background
