Global Training Manager (Risk), Singapore

 

Working for this leading global financial services institution, there is a need to recruit a Global Learning Development expert in London Singapore.

You will partner with a specific global Risk client group with the objective of building a talent strategy and curricula to support current and future business strategy. 

You will be responsible for ensuring learning and leadership are best in class and contribute to the enhancement of employees, team and organisational effectiveness through the timely delivery of appropriate learning solutions. 

Engaging with global Risk stakeholders, you will diagnose development needs to ensure the global risk function is equipped with the necessary knowledge, tools and skills to become better professionals within their roles and optimise learner engagement and transfer of learning in countries across the operational footprint of the organisation.

To excel, you will have a proven track record of achievement within financial services and offer strong experience in learning and development supporting risk management client groups.  Candidates with subject matter expertise in risk management and interested in learning and development will also be considered.

With the intellectual dexterity and business acumen to translate strategic thinking into reality and the ability to influence and build key relationships at a senior and executive level, your expertise will be supported by academic achievement.  You will have a coaching and consulting style and be comfortable operating in global matrix management environment.

The company will provide relocation for candidates interested in the position in Singapore.
