Global Transaction Banking, Customer Service Officer – GCC region recruitment

 Responsibilities:

-       Pro-active contact with clients to ensure first class customer satisfaction

-       Client set-up, training and maintenance for cash-products

-       Handling all internal fees and billing schemes

-       Analysis of customer account activity and identifying new business opportunities

Prerequisites: 

-       Previous experience in an International Clearing Payments Business Essential

-       Strong understanding of Financial Institutions

-       Fluency in Arabic, French and English is essential

-       Excellent communication and teamwork skills

-       Strong relationship management skills, as well as service and client focused
