Global Banking – Global Transaction Banking:
Global Banking offers advisory services, financing and transaction banking of the most innovative kind. Governments, institutions and corporates all come to us for the advice and solutions that have allowed us to shine in even the most challenging markets. The Global Transaction Banking arm employs over 4,300 people in 42 countries. We offer a multitude of services to our clients and provide the most up-to-date recommendations and guidance. Our business units include Cash Management, Trade Finance, Capital Market Sales and Trust Securities Services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide solutions to customers and assist in resolving issues which customer face
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customer to ensure timely response to all queries
- Provide Sales Calls to existing customers to discuss new business
- Process end to end transactions and liaise between processing back office and external customers
Skills / experience:
- Strong technical knowledge in Trade Finance products
- Able to handle all enquiries relating to Trade Finance singly, without referral
- Confident in handling client facing responsibilities
- Proficient in computer systems handling so that he can utilise system to extract all information needed without further referral
- Familiar with Commodities products and their Trade flows
- Excellent Customer Service and Sales Focus
- Ideally Fluent in English and Mandarin
