GLOBAL TRANSITION ANALYST recruitment
This team has responsibility for managing the end-to-end setup between the Company and 3rd Party Client funds, as well as planning and managing asset transfers. The role will include a lot of variety day to day and no two days will be the same.
The successful candidate should have a drive to succeed, a willingness to continually learn and the ambition to want to develop further in the role with the potential to take on more senior roles. Having a strong client focus and ability to build relationships will also be a key requirement of this role.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage the successful delivery of all global fund launches, closures, mandate changes and asset transfers.
- Gather requirements and complete detailed analysis on all transitions to ensure that stakeholder expectations and risk is effectively managed.
- Provide complete and accurate information to transition stakeholders on a timely basis.
- Provide assurance to management that all transitions are executed successfully pre and post implementation.
- Work with the Sales and Product teams to monitor and schedule the pipeline of transition activity.
- Present to clients on the Company’s Operational and Onboarding Capabilities.
- Manage and oversee the updating of Fund Governance systems.
- Co-ordinate the ongoing setup of Custody Accounts.
- Establishing effective working relationships with all key stakeholders in the transition processes across the Company, Third Party Administrators and Clients.
- Effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders at varying levels of seniority across the Company.
- Contribute to a sustainable continuous improvement environment with the focus on delivering value for clients.
- Consulting with Product Development, Global Sales teams and Global Clients to understand upcoming transitions, giving operational insights that will help to shape positive outcomes.
- Day to day management of internal customers and the transition supply chain to ensure effective delivery is maintained with a focus on meeting client requirements.
- Facilitating workshops to analyse and plan transitions with stakeholders across all areas of the Company and 3rd Parties.
- Manage the overall delivery of transitions across the Company and 3rd Parties using Project Management skills and workflow tools to ensure that stakeholders are delivering to implementation dates.
- Gathering and presenting assurance to management that transitions will execute successfully pre and post implementation.
- Executing asset transfers of equities and bonds via in-specie transfers.
- Focus on delivering solutions that deliver value to clients and Fund Managers as part of transition processes.

Core Requirements:
- A broad understanding of Investment Management and Operations.
- Awareness of different fund types and structures.
- Experience of working in an Investment Management or 3rd Party Administrator.
- Experience of managing relationships.
- IOC and IMC qualification or a willingness to work towards them.
- Experience of working in a Transition team.
- Degree 2:1 or above.
- Knowledge of Project Management and Analysis skills, with a desire to further develop these
- Experience of managing processes and control environment.
