Our client is a multinational in the trading and shipping of oil and metals. For their wholly owned warehousing and logistics company which is active in 35 countries, we are looking to recruit a Global Treasurer who will take on the challenging task of setting up a treasury function focused on cash management, foreign exchange and interest rate exposure as well as risk management. In this position you report directly to the CFO.
Job Description
- Implement and manage company cash pool position
- Manage company cash source and use of funds position
- Work on a consolidated cash position
- Manage weekly cash requirements across de operations/projects
- Manage/monitor cash deployment/repayment from intercompany or third party credit facilities
- Implement/manage/monitor foreign exchange exposure globally
- Report and monitor use of Credit Facilities
- Coordinate the development of reporting requirements and the systems required to support it
- Authorised signatory
- Evaluate whether the support activities for the Group's activities are run efficiently and responsibly
Job Requirements
- Degree Educated in Finance or Accounting
- ACT Qualification or similar
- 8-10 years experience within group treasury within a multinational commercial organization
- Commercial Awareness
- Strong accounting background
- Project Management Experience
- Effective Communicator
- Attention to detail
- Willing to travel internationally 10-15%
Salary and Benefits
€ 75.0000 - € 90.000 base salary incl. 8% holiday allowance, strongly depends on experience and qualifications
