Position Description:
Support the Office of Business Management in the development and implementation of projects and major BAU activities related to Financial Advisor, Trainee and Sales Support Compensation. The position will be responsible for co-coordinating the development of Business Requirement Documents and the tracking and management of all aspects of project implementation from planning and development to testing and communication. The position will work closely with numerous departments to ensure a smooth and effective implementation. Areas include IT, Product Support, Office of Business Management, Branch Services, Accounting, Planning and Analysis, Legal, Compliance, Operations, the Branch Network and regional/divisional management.
In addition to development, the position will also assist in BAU activities that involve significant participation of the 800 branches and 16,000 Financial Advisors to ensure a quality experience for the Financial Advisors and Branch Personnel.
