As a member of the Executive Leadership Team and reporting to the CEO, you will lead a team of four in cross functional areas such as strategic financial and business performance management, capital management, financial systems, facilities management and key strategic projects.
The role requires a balanced approach that is both strategic and operational. You will provide direction on strategic initiatives geared at optimising business performance along with a hands on approach to managing the day to day operations of the department.
As the successful applicant, you will be a dynamic and commercially minded individual. You will demonstrate a flexible and adaptable leadership style, financial due diligence experience along with excellent conceptual, analytical and risk management skills.
