GM FX Indirect Service Rep recruitment
Works with Global Markets FX Trading, FX Sales Management, Middle Office, Operations, IT development, Global Link and colleagues in Investor Services to ensure the successful execution of Indirect FX business processes on a daily basis.
The role includes customer service, Indirect FX Services client profiles, the evaluation of Indirect FX Service requirements of prospective Investor Services clients, assisting in the marketing of Indirect FX Services during the RFP process and representing Global Markets FX in client calls.
Works to identify potential Indirect FX Services mandates with institutional clients (asset owners/manager) whose assets are under custody at State Street and elsewhere through a prospects profiling process.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree 2-5 years customer service experience in foreign exchange or investor services.
Skills/Knowledge
Highly motivated, self-starter.
Strong customer service orientation and relationship management skills.
Attention to detail. Problem-solver. Systems savvy.
Excellent communications skills. Strong writing and presentation skills
