Principal Accountabilities/Main Functions
- Prepare category development plan in key customers incl. activities calendar setting the targets, coordinate control efficient implementation of category activation in the customer.
- Develop negotiation tool box sell in presentation together with Brand Manager KAM to agree category effective activation plan during customer negotiations
- To develop Launch presentations with detailed plan of activities (360 support), adapt International POS package or develop Local POS package to support new product launches
- To prepare recommendations for new product listing for key trade channels and focus customers
- To prepare shelf layout recommendations for new product for main shelf and additional placements
- To provide recommendations for quantity and type of POSM, address list and calculation of budget for additional placement
- Cooperate with customers for big exclusive activities based on 3 win approach (shopper-customer-strategy)

Personal Characteristics
- Degree in Economics/Management
- Minimum 3 years consumer sales and marketing experience specialising in FMCG
- Good project management skills
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and at a cross functional level
- IT literate (knowledge TNS/Nielsen consumer research systems is a distinct advantage)
- Good knowledge of special software (Spacemen, Apollo)
