This is a fantastic opportunity for a Goods In Manager with proven ability to work within this market leading chilled food business, located in the Midlands.
The company is undergoing a period of growth, where their management team play a key part in the business development, this achievement is recognised and rewarded. As Goods-In Manager you will be responsible for all stock control counts whilst overseeing an established warehouse team. You will also be responsible the site security. Key objectives on joining the company will include the implementation of a new in house computerised stock control system.
A proven track record within a similar warehouse environment within the chilled food sector is essential. Strong leadership and change management skills are required with a ‘firm but fair’ leadership style able to coach, develop and motivate an established team
This position is based on a permanent day shift, Monday to Friday.
