Governance and Control Oversight recruitment
Specifically the role is to:
- Set and maintain change governance policy and minimum standards.
- Review change processes in the Businesses and make recommendations for improvement.
- Review and report of major cross-Business change programmes.
- Review and report of major change programmes in the Functions
- Reporting of levels of change risk and the effectiveness of change delivery to the governance committee on a quarterly basis
Candidates will be strong project managers and have a track record in leading the delivery of large scale change programmes. You must have a proven ability to manage a portfolio across multiple change programmes. Candidates will need to liaise with high level stakeholders and be able to present themselves as process improvement/ change SMEs. You will also need to have excellent experience of Risk Management and Governance.
