Governance and Operations Manager recruitment
Your proven capability in operating and managing the Mortgage Change Forums and developing, supporting and maintaining frameworks processes for the Mortgage Change Forum will be essential. Reporting directly to the Project Director for lending Project Delivery, this role provides key governance, operations activities for the mortgage change forum, and project activities for the secured lending and mobile portfolios in Product Projects. You'll be required to:
- Develop, improve and embed frameworks processes to ensure successful governance of the project.
- Manage change request submissions
- Liaising with Change Requestors to ensure submissions are managed correctly
- Appropriate communication regarding forum and related activities to stakeholders
- Manage and liaise with multiple business stakeholders, technology teams and vendors to ensure reporting requirements are understood, accepted and supported.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Strong knowledge and experience in using MS Excel
- Knowledge of governance processes
- Knowledge of Project Management disciplines and SDLC
- Change Management
- Finance coordination experience, project governance, invoicing knowledge
- Knowledge of mortgage products/process/value chain desirable
