Governance Deployment Manager

Our client an established Banking organisation requires a Governance Deployment Manager to work on a contract based in Edinburgh for 6 months on a rolling basis.

The Governance Deployment Manager will manage the Ledger and Consolidation system comms framework and programme office governance.  

The project itself will entail 2 major workstreams:
 First is large system implementation that is used by 1300 Global Colleagues. Require someone to engage with colleagues provide service updates, so main requirement is communicating this to all colleagues across the board and using different comm methods in doing so. 
 Second is an implementation due to go live for Business System Admin for Business banking customers - Requires candidate to work out ways to communicate this effectively to customers affected of any changes and updates on system. 
The ideal candidate will have both technical knowledge as well as business acumen with a history of both managing systems as well as systems implementations project experience. 

The role will predominantly be PMO based but will show a level of experience in marketing, Comms background, very keen on speaking to people with fresh ideas who want to develop there own methods of comms.
Ideally the candidate should be comfortable with both organising, facilitating and minute-ing meetings that will help lock in a series of more effective comms, change and engagement frameworks.  

This is both a strategy as well as a hands on role and expected to be quite specialist in its nature so candidates with a background in Marketing or Communications would be ideal.
Skills:
Skilled in using different comms mediums (Sharepoint / Connections) as well as having sound documentation and meeting organisation skills.
