In this IS/IT Governance Team, we are currently looking for a:
The Mission of the Quality Manager is to establish and maintain a focused Quality Management System, to guide the PHENIX IS/IT Teams in achieving improved performance and first time quality. Such Quality frameworks will define how the teams intend to deliver projects and results, which shall meet the expected quality standards by:
- Satisfying all Stakeholders
- Respecting first time right quality goals and commitments
- Defining roles and responsibilities
- Clarifying methodology and standards used
- Assess, control, coach and refine
- Following Nestlé overall quality management principles
As such, her/his main responsibilities are the following:
- Define, Promote, implement and monitor ISIT Quality Management System (best practices, procedures and policies, standards and tools) to support Nespresso IT operating model.
- Formalize and align project portfolio management processes across Program Management and IT delivery teams focusing on projects roadmap, available capacity, resource deployment and overall coordination efforts across all projects enabling scenario modeling and effective prioritization.
- Control Quality framework usage and implementation through regular checks and measures of performances agreed (KPIs, quality,…)
- Help in defining commitments to our major stakeholders (business community, markets, external partners…) in terms of SLOs, SLAs, quality metrics and KPIs
- Define KPIs and dashboards to be produced on a regular basis
- Contribute to training preparation and coaching
- Contribute to change management in all Nespresso entities.
- Develop and support internal control methodologies in strong collaboration with our internal control framework department. Control respects of quality standards (auditing and verifying quality system and efficient implementation throughout the entire organization)
PROFILE
Our successful candidate will match the following skills/experiences:
- University degree or equivalent in Computer Science and/or Business Administration
- Prince2 or PMI Certification is a plus.
- Experience in a similar position or multinational environment of at least 5 to 10 years
- Experience in managing complex projects
- Experience in Quality management processes, methodologies and tools
- Practical experience with relevant methods and tools.
- Experience of working with multi-cultural teams in a worldwide environment
- Knowledge of Risk Management methodologies
- Knowledge of Internal Control frameworks
- -Experience in program/project, operations and compliance audits/reviews
- -Strong situational analysis and decision making abilities
- Communication, conflict resolution skills as well as the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization, particularly to the management
- Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
- Fluency in English is required, French is a plus.
