Governance Research Analyst

Applicants will be high impact individuals with strong communication and presentation skills, together with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts. Key purpose of the role will be to acquire, analyse and report on financial and market information. This will involve both desk based research and face to face meetings and interviews with industry professionals. As such, the successful candidate must demonstrate the gravitas essential to gain and retain credibility both internally and externally, along with excellent judgement.
An understanding of corporate governance or regulation will be a definite advantage, together with previous interviewing from a legal, HR or economic research perspective. The successful candidate will currently be working in a financial services or professional services environment and will demonstrate a genuine interest in the financial markets and wider economy in which they operate.
