Position Description:
This individual will provide advisory coverage within the Global
Government and Political Activities Compliance group for activities
relating to interactions with U.S. government officials and
entities. This position will involve advice concerning relevant
U.S. federal, state and local rules and implementing compliance
systems to comply with those rules. Candidate will be expected to
advise on rules, regulations and interpretive guidance relating to
pay-to-play laws, lobbyist registration requirements, gift rules
and government ethics rules, as well as applicable internal
policies and procedures. Candidate must have strong legal research
skills and demonstrate ability to effectively review and analyze
complex regulatory requirements. Candidate should be organized,
detail-oriented, proficient in time management and able to initiate
and manage projects. Candidate must be able to track and organize
significant data for compiling into regulatory required
reports.
