SRC is currently seeking a government contract compliance specialist to support the compliance manager and become an integral part of the compliance team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
• Monitor cost activities to ensure compliance with disclosure statements, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)
• Assess and monitor internal controls and compliance risks
• Monitor completion of corrective action plans based on audit results
• Assist in the development and maintenance of corporate policies and procedures
• Support external firm and government agency audits
• Provide assistance in the preparation of the annual incurred cost submission
• Analyze and respond to compliance questions, procedures and issues by interpreting company policy and researching government regulations
• Participate in cost impact analysis, corporate working groups and special projects as assigned
