Hays healthcare is seeking to recruit a professional and experienced General Practitioner who has current GMC registration to be placed within the Ministry of Defence (MoD) on a temporary contract based at Colchester Barracks, Essex.
Dates Required - 11.08.14 – 12.12.14
Hours Required - 37.5
The job itself is working for the MoD as a civilian medical practitioner, where you will be required to work in the medical centre on the barracks. You will be responsible for providing first rate care to service personnel and their families. You will be someone who is able to manage a busy caseload and can prioritise your work and is committed to Continuing Professional Development.
You must have a license to practice with the GMC, be registered and included on a medical Performers List
It would be advantageous for you to have previous experience within the military and to hold the Diploma in Aviation Medicine or have completed the RAF IMO Aviation Medicine Course.
