GRAD Regional Director – Mid

Impact Scope
The Regional Director is responsible for all aspects of sales and business development for a market. The Regional Director will lead Campus Directors and Campus Managers to drive the business to meet or exceed all performance goals, including sales, lead generation, relationship management, and net enrollments.
Leadership
• Develop effective sales team by providing ethical leadership, coaching and development
• Provide vision, training, and guidance to team for all aspects of business development
• Manage adherence to Company policy and compliance activities
• Exemplify sales and marketing best practices and inspire team to do the same
• Cultivate a culture of collaboration and innovation among all team members
Business Development Strategy
• Manage and deliver sales targets
• Develop and execute short and long term strategies to achieve top line growth
• Communicate and implement company-wide strategy, initiatives, and programs
• Manage team to build and nurture relationships with key administrators, faculty, student organizations and advisors to increase Kaplan's visibility and brand recognition
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize market opportunities
Knowledge, Skills Abilities
• Ability to execute business strategy
• Ability to forecast, set, and meet both business and professional goals
• Project management and budgeting expertise; excellent time management and organizational skills
• Manage complex 7 day a week business with over 90 product offerings in a multi-market environment
• Ability to interpret competitive information; develop strategies and tactics to respond to market changes
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills; ability to facilitate effective presentation and sales trainings
• Strong analytical and financial decision-making skills
• Ability to identify risks and opportunities and build a business case for necessary investments
• High energy level, confidence and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
• Ability to train, coach, and develop staff to success
• Ability to work effectively in a dispersed workforce
Requirements
• Bachelors Degree (Graduate Degree Preferred)
• 5+ years of management experience, including a minimum of 2 years of sales experience preferred
• Must be willing to work extended hours (including evenings and weekends), as needed, to meet business objectives
• Must be willing to travel throughout the region

• Event pre-registration, attendance, and conversion results by course and by cycle
