Graduate Account Manager

As the Graduate Account Manager you will work directly with existing clients to ensure that they are getting the most out of their use of the systems and you have maximised renewal opportunities. The Graduate Account manager will report to the sales director and will develop and maintain strong executive led client relationships with all existing customers. Looking after a portfolio of up to 150 clients you will educate customers providing ongoing support and developing the account.
As the Graduate Account Manager you will posses excellent communication skills and have good relationship building skills as well as experience in interacting with business owners and at executive level. The ideal candidate will be articulate, confident and determined to work towards targets.
The Graduate Account Manager will have good negotiation skills and identity any cross selling opportunities
An understanding of the recruitment industry would be preferred.
