Job Description
This position requires the candidate to have knowledge of the following points, however the job is not limited to these points:
- Preparation of accounts and financial information for a variety of businesses and entities.
- Work with a variety of entities - companies, trusts, partnerships, individuals and superannuation funds.
- working to deadlines, under pressure and without constant supervision.
- Work as part of a team.
- Strong technical skills in the areas of investments, financial planning and tax.
- Exceptional communication skills.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will be degree qualified, preferably in Commerce or Accounting and be undertaking further postgraduate finance study, ideally either CA or CPA. They will have some work experience, preferably in a Big 4 Chartered environment or in an accounting firm, with an interest in investments, a passion for client service and a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication skills and fluency with the English language is an essential part of the role.
