We are recruiting on behalf of one of the most successful financial services companies within the UK. They are an exceptional employer who provides brilliant training programmes for Graduates. They are looking for a Graduate or someone with 1-2 years experience within an IT/Application support role to join their expanding team. You will be a highly motivated individual who is able to demonstrate attention to detail and who has strong analytical skills with SQL Server and TSQL experience.
Experience of the following is essential
- Recent Graduate with Computer Science/Engineering degree or equivalent
- Microsoft SQL Server 2008 experience
- TSQL (T-SQL) experience (Desirable)
- Strong understanding of business processes
- Strong Database knowledge
- Excellent communication skills.
As an Application Support Analyst/Report writer the role will consist of understanding the business processes, modelling the business processes and configuring the CRM system, writing reports for the business users using T-SQL, maintain and support the CRM on a daily basis, raise issues with the 3rd party vendor providing the CRM system and make sure the issues get resolved. The candidate will also be involved in small and large projects and will work in a small team to deliver these having tight deadlines.
