Graduate Business Analyst

 A leading capital markets information provider are currently looking for a strong graduate business analyst to delivery white label applications to major global financial services organisations. 

My client is a financial services organisation providing ratings, analysis, information and data on custodian banks and capital markets. They help their institutional clients to manage post-trade risk and evaluate, select and monitor third party service providers. It also allows financial institutions to subscribe and republish their market information through their own client portals as well as through web applications developed and hosted in-house.

They are now looking for a talented graduate to join them in the role of Business Analyst. You should be highly computer literate and have an appreciation for the software development process and an understanding of how business processes can be translated into application logic. 

There are ongoing development projects centred around making enhancements and improvements to a number of their key products including their information distribution platform and RFP platform and you will work alongside another business analyst and client administrators responsible for applications used internally and the company's consultancy work. You will report to the Operations and Development Manager and the company’s Directors. 

A degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or Sciences is essential; a year or two years of previous experience as a business analyst preferred. You should have extensive experience of dealing with clients and demonstrate that you can deliver on time and exceed client expectations. You should be confident, presentable, numerate and literate, with strong presentation and communications skills (both written and verbal), as you will have a large amount of client interaction.
