Position: Graduate Business Development Executive
Location: Birmingham
Salary: Competitive - Fixed term contract for 12 months

Being a Business Development Executive at HEINEKEN in the UK is an opportunity to start your sales career in a hands-on, field sales role and sell some of the world's best-known beers and ciders. You'll step directly into a local sales team, getting our brands onto the shelves of a wide range of retailers and locating new sales opportunities for our great brand portfolio - Heineken, Fosters, Strongbow, Kronenbourg, John Smith's and Bulmers. Travelling between existing and potential customers in your company van - you'll be fully stocked and ready to go, making prospecting effective and even allow immediate sales of product.

You'll be given challenging yet clear targets, and given the training and development required to achieve these. What's more, we'll buddy you up with an experienced sales professional to support you and give you the confidence to boost sales even further. And while you'll start out on a 12 month fixed-term contract, there's the possibility of a full-time permanent role if you've got the talent and can show us you've got what it takes.

As a Business Development Executive, what skills and qualifications will I need?

- Degree educated, ideally with a business subject
- Real passion in working with great brands
- Outstanding communication skills
- A clear passion for sales - drive and tenacity and a self-starter
- Geographic flexibility and a clean driver's licence, with the ability to handle cars and vans.
- A high level of numeracy
