£15,000 - £19,000 Ref: 14232 BIRMINGHAM
Key Personnel is looking to expand its well established team and is offering an outstanding fast-track Graduate Training Programme.
The programme will consist of covering all aspects of the business from operational support, talent attraction, interviewing, and client development and will allow you the opportunity to work on various projects which will develop and expand your knowledge of the recruitment industry.
Once the programme is completed you will be have a great insight and understanding of a fast moving, exciting and rewarding company and can make an informed decision of your career path at Key Personnel.
Ideal candidate for this role must be:
· A recent graduate, or be of graduate calibre with a good level of education
· Entrepreneurial in nature with good commercial awareness
· Naturally smart, ambitious competitive
· Keen to learn and progress within a professional career
· Always willing to go the extra mile, appreciating the right attitude is the key to your success
· Have a natural ability to multi-task; you thrive in a challenging role where every day is different.
· Confident communicating with a wide range of people both face to face and over the phone
