The successful applicants will be involved in our emerging professionals consultative committee and graduate rotational program, which sees you mentored by recognised industry experts as well as involvement in a number of projects and business units, including:

- Sustainable Infrastructure Management;
- Road Safety (Safe Systems);
- Transport planning and management;
- Asset management; and
- Pavement technology.

Essential skills and attributes (selection criteria):
- An Engineering degree (Civil preferred but Mechanical will be considered) – kindly attach a copy of your academic transcript to your application;
- Sound verbal and written communication skills, including report writing skills;
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
- desire to progress towards engaging directly with clients;
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office packages;
- Be motivated by the idea of industry and academic specialisation;
- Have a demonstrated eye for detail and accuracy; and
- Have a genuine passion for your evolving career with a curiosity and problem solving ability.
