GRADUATE EQUITY RESEARCH ANALYST – FLUENT RUSSIAN SPEAKING
A City-based market-leading $100B Asset Management firm is opening a mandate for a Junior Equity Analyst to join their fundamental equity portfolio team. The firm is a Global Ememerging Markets long/only equity specialist who tend to recruit strong Juniors to train into excellent fundamental equity analysts. The role will require both key stock-picking and a keen understanding of market trends and thus knowledge of Economics is important.
This is an analyst level hire however you will be reporting directly to the portfolio manager and be a core part of the investment process.
The right candidate will have attended a red-brick University and studied an economics or finnace related degree and achieved a 2.1 or equivalent) or better. A Master's degree is also highly commended, alongisde financial qualifications.
Previous Equity Research experience is NOT essential.
In order to be considered for the role applicants must have experience covering Economics or Accounting Finance from a Degree or Masters level on top of one to two years of Equity Research experience. You must also speak fluent Russian and English. If you do not clearly speak Russianfluently then it is unlikely you will be contacted for the role.
You must have strong determination to succeed within the Buy Side equity research space and display shrewd financial knowledge from Accounting or Work Experience.

The successful candidate will be based currently in London although relocation from Europe/Russia is possible.
