Financial Client Services Executive
The Role:
- Managing a pre-assigned portfolio of clients to maximize renewals and Identifying upgrade opportunities
- Conducting product demonstrations over the phone and in person
- Taking ownership of incoming enquiries from your clients, liaising with Account Managers and other Departments as appropriate
- Maintaining up-to-date client records using a variety of systems ranging using Excel, Outlook, and a range of CRM tools
- Occasional travel
- Setting up and maintaining subscribers' login details
- Various other administrative tasks
Financial Client Services Executive
Your Profile:
- Top University Graduate - Finance / Economics / PPE / Politics / Business - 2.1 or above
- Experience in a client facing role and a minimum of 1 year client services / client relationship management/ help desk
- Interest in Finance and the Financial Markets
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Commercial Awareness
- Additional European languages an advantage but not essential
