Graduate IT Systems Helpdesk Analyst to join highly acclaimed technical and research organisation linked to one of the largest manufacturers of automotive cars in the world. The IT Systems Helpdesk Analyst will be involved in MS Windows XP desktop deployment, operation, configuration and management. Basic Active Directory management experience including user account management. Basic TCP/IP networking knowledge and able to create operating systems remote deployment images using SCCM, LANDesk, Ghost or similar. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, IT literate candidate who enjoys the challenge of implementing and improving processes and systems.
