Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and motivated graduate, with a keen interest in financial services to kick start their career in Operations. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, Asia Pacific you will join a team of motivated operations professionals and learn about our business from the ground up.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Corporate Foreign Exchange Dealers with the authorization process for the confirmation and settlement of all foreign exchange transactions in an efficient and timely manner
- High volume processing of customer transactions
- Daily processing and banking of client cheques
- Providing support to the Senior Operations staff
- Act as a point of contact for other team members and internal departments in resolving client and payment issues
Qualifications, Skills Knowledge
The ideal candidate will ideally be a recent graduate in Business or Commerce with some exposure to working in a corporate organization within banking or financial services. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills is a must as is the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
