Talent Rewards Consulting
Towers Watson recruits Talent Rewards Analysts into the following areas:

Executive Compensation - Our team helps organisations make sound decisions about how and how much to pay senior executives.

Rewards, Talent and Communication - We design and implement programs and processes that touch employees, managers and leaders day-to-day and influence their behaviour, level of engagement and performance.

Data, Surveys Technology - we design and administer employee surveys, and apply benchmark data and advanced analytics, to develop practical insights about improving employee engagement, shaping a high-performance culture and achieving optimal return on talent investments.

Software Engineering
We are a preeminent developer of risk and financial modeling software. We combine the technical innovation and engineering expertise of our software professionals with the actuarial knowledge and thought leadership of our insurance consulting business to provide solutions that help clients measure value, manage risk and safeguard solvency.

Entry Requirements

We seek articulate, empathetic and intellectually curious graduates.  Our work means that we are finding solutions for clients that have to be well tailored, meet their needs and that are adaptable to meet market conditions or changes in requirements.   As a minimum when applying you should meet our entry criteria:

Actuarial
• 2:1  degree (gained or expected)
• 300 UCAS points (across 3 A-Levels)
• A numerate degree or an A or B grade in A-Level Maths (or equivalent)
OR
• 2:2 degree (gained or expected)
• 340 UCAS points
• A numerate degree

Investment
• 2:1 degree (gained or expected)
• 300 UCAS points (across 3 A-Levels)
• A numerate degree or an A or B grade in A-Level Maths (or equivalent)
