The position will for the right candidate eventually lead to a job as Portfolio Manager with own areas of investment responsibilities. Before that, competences like researching a company, presenting an investment case and participating in thematic research development will be part of the tasks to take on.

As a Graduate, you have a position which provides you with great possibilities to develop and contribute. Besides the daily work you take active part in Wealth Management's graduate programme as well as Nordea's Graduate programme seminars.

The Thematic Investment Process is recognized internationally

The Thematic Investment Process is based upon identifying the structural changes that drive the long term shifts in value creation, changes that typically are being in effect over several decades. The process is focusing on structural changes within technology, demographics and globalization. With this as basis the research efforts is concentrated on identifying the most important investment trends/themes, and capitalizing on these through specific investment strategies in the portfolios

High degree of analytical skill
