HSBC Australias Specialist Development Programme is one the most exciting entry points to start a career in the world of banking. The graduate programme offers the in-depth foundation of knowledge, skills and exposure on which successful banking careers are built. Our Specialist Development Programme is for graduates with an interest in developing a career within a particular area of specialism.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic Graduates to join our HSBC Technology and Services (HTS) team. A two year, four rotation programme, the Specialist Development Programme provides talented graduates with the perfect platform from which to build their career.
HSBC Technology and Services seamlessly integrates technology platforms, operations, project management, business analysis, infrastructure and procurement strategy with the aim of redefining customer experience and driving down unit cost of production. The division fulfils HSBC's product and service proposition by providing technology solutions, project management, change management, business analysis and operational improvement expertise. Our HTS business includes Service Delivery, Change Delivery (Programme and Project Management), Software Delivery and IT Operations, Procurement and Corporate Real Estate.
The 2014 graduate programme will see participants gain exposure to the following areas across a number of the HTS functions including:
- Software Delivery and IT Operations
- Change Delivery – Business Analysis, Project Management, Change Management
- Operational Performance Improvement
- Service Delivery
As a Graduate in Technology and Services you will have the opportunity to complete rotations across the function providing true insight in to the depth and breadth of HSBC's global business in an exciting and challenging environment.
Note: Rotations may be based in the Sydney CBD Head Office and Parramatta office.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Candidates must have completed their degree, or be completing their studies, in 2012 or 2013
- A relevant university degree for the programme for which you are applying
- Strong academic record with a minimum credit average
- Work experience or Intern experience within a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Australia citizen or permanent resident, or a New Zealand citizen at the time of application
