Graduate Programme recruitment
Joining our graduate programme will see you join us on our journey to raise the bar of client service and redefining the global wealth management industry.
Our two-and-a-half year programme will equip you with all the skills and knowledge you need to begin an extraordinary career. In the first six months you will support one of our experienced Private Bankers, taking responsibility for the administration required to meet our clients’ needs. This experience will give you first-hand experience of how relationship management works at it’s best. The following 18 months will see you undertake three six month rotations – one product-focused, one international and one in our wide business. The final six months will see you return to your initial team working towards passing your CFA level 3 and securing your role as a Junior Private Banker.
