The recruitment rep's responsibilities will be to manage the flow of candidates and
successfully increase this through strategic sourcing, vacancy marketing, networking and brand building for Bloomberg LP. You will ensure a smooth recruitment process and work to ensure an improved candidate experience. Gaining a knowledge of the range of vacancies, understanding of the departments and building up contacts within the industry, You will become a credible asset, adding value to the recruitment process at Bloomberg, specifically with Data Products team

Your responsibilities will include:

- Liaising with the department mangers to understand vacancy briefs and offer strategic advice.
- Sourcing candidates directly through graduates networks, universities, and thinking of new strategic ways to target the right markets

- Posting vacancies to appropriate websites and print publications to ensure a cost effective and successful recruitment marketing campaign for Bloomberg LP.
- Managing the recruitment process including reviewing CVs, arranging tests, interviews and conducting HR interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Managing the offer process with candidates.
- Working closely with the HR Relationship Mangers and immigration team to keep them informed of recruitment developments
- Hiring of full time staff and temporary staff when necessary.
- Creating and hosting career events including recruitment fairs/presentations and
diversity/in-house events.
- Working on ad hoc projects as required for the benefit of the Recruitment Team.

Requirements:

- Previous recruitment experience managing the full recruitment life cycle, ideally in the graduate space
- A broad understanding or experience of working with or recruiting for positions within Financial services space is preferred
- Understanding of recruiting and HR concepts, policies and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and strong attention to detail is a must
- Strong skill in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to learn additional programs as needed such as Peoplesoft.
- Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service to internal and
external customers
- Keen interest / knowledge of the financial markets beneficial
- Previous inhouse recruitment experience is beneficial
