We have fantastic opportunities in both the UK and Amsterdam at present. Within the UK, our Manchester office is recruiting graduate recruitment consultants who are sales focused and who we can develop into our future business leaders.
TRAINING PROGRAMME
We will provide an excellent platform for success by exposing graduate recruitment consultants to our award winning dedicated Training and Development department. You will be exposed to sales techniques, business skills and processes that will enhance your life, your wealth and your future. Our Training Programme is designed to allow graduate recruitment consultants to apply essential sales skills immediately and gives you the opportunity to achieve success. Then it is up to you to work hard, place candidates with market leading clients and live your dreams! You are encouraged to be autonomous and take responsibility for achieving personal short term and long term results.

YOU AND YOUR ROLE
The career of a recruitment consultant is challenging, rewarding and fast paced; the harder you work, the more successful you will be. You are required to manage the whole recruitment process through activities such as
• Sales and business development
• Networking
• Use of Social Media
• Booking and attending appointments across the UK
• Advertising for and interviewing candidates
• Arranging client interviews and taking feedback
• Building strong relationships with clients and candidates to provide an excellent quality of service and generate repeat business opportunities
To succeed at Amoria Bond as a graduate recruitment consultant you'll need
• Some experience within a sales environment other than retail(e.g. debt management, estate agency, phone based sales)
• A positive tenacious attitude
• Drive to develop a career
• Strong communication skills
• Success within a work environment, or within extra curricular activities
