My client is an award winning executive search and selection consultancy that specialise in delivering exceptional candidates across a number of booming financial industries globally. Due to their recent success and their substantial growth year on year, they are looking to expand their team by acquiring 3 exceptional graduates to continue their expansion and be a part of their on-going success.
The company offers an extensive training regime, consisting of both class based and on the job based learning that will be on-going from day one. The first 3 months of the role, the successful candidates will be dealing with candidates from day one; usually progressing to clients within the first 2 months however can usually be shortened due to exceptional performance. This is a highly technical role that will require a sustained and methodical approach to working practices; therefore highly professional candidates are required. Upon joining, candidates will be rewarded with an unrivalled commission structure to kick start their recruitment career.
The Candidate
Recruitment is definitely far from a 9 to 5 industry, so my client is looking for candidates who are willing to put in that little bit of extra effort and really show why they are willing to make a substantial amount of money. The ideal candidate will have prior experience within recruitment or sales, however this is not essential; a 2:1 or above from a top tier university to highlight academic qualifications and a sporting background will highlight the candidates competitive mentality. The successful candidates will also be able to demonstrate examples of achievement throughout their social and working life .
The Position
You would start your career as a researcher; mapping niche sectors and providing information on potential candidates to their senior consultants working on live hiring projects. Candidates who are happy to simply earn their basic are not the sort of candidates my client is looking for. The basic salary is 20k and they want energetic candidates who are prepared to work hard for their commission to make as much money as possible. A realistic OTE would be 40k for the successful candidates first year increasing year on year in line with experience. Multiple consultants have earned over 100k in their 3rd year at this client and they are looking for driven and motivated candidates to smash their billing targets.
