In the last few years our international client has enjoyed an impressive record of sales and Company development. They are now looking to bolster their Russian team with 3 ambitious and driven Russian-Speaking Graduates to continue their success.
This is an ideal opportunity for career-makers as the Graduate Delegate Sales Executive will be developing core business acumen and specialising amongst experts in the field.
Your daily tasks will be:
- Work as part of the international team on incentive-driven event sales
- Meet annual targets.
- Book clients into leading international conferences.
- Translate warm calls into a high-end corporate clientele.
- Work alongside Conference Producers to forge a tailored Sales objective for prospective delegates.

Ideal Candidate would be:
- Native or fluent Russian-speaker
- Able to build rapport with a high-profile clientele.
- Effective in communicating complex information both over the phone and in person in a manner that is professional and persuasive.
- Highly ambitious and goal-driven.
- A confident personality.
- UK Resident/ No restrictions to work permanently in the UK.
