Graduate Technical Sales Engineer Job in Bondi Junction 2022, New South Wales Australia

Your tasks

Liaising with customers over the phone, email or on site to assist in technical aspects of business and project development, assisting customers and internal staff with system design
Making technical presentations and demonstrating how our products meet client needs
Managing and interpreting customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs
Generating technical sales proposals
Developing technical product offers such as complete system / kit proposals
Maintaining records of customer communication and sales activity in our established internal communication systems
Working with the product development team and third party engineers to ensure development schedules and deliveries are being met
Attending and/or participating in trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services
Developing support material for other members of the sales team

Your Profile

Previous demonstratable experience in PV system Design
Excellent oral and written communication skill with the ability to present in front of customers and peers
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, PV, Renewable engineering or similar
Proficient in Energy modelling software incl. PVSyst, PVSol and others
PV System design
Knowledge of PV module al well as inverter technologies
Knowledge of mounting structures
Familiarity with local regulations and Australian Standards governing Electrical and PV installations
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google Sketchup and others
Proficiency in Microsoft Office incl. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Acrobat
