Documentation includes, but is not limited to: user manuals, interpretation guides, on-line help, software release notes.
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate financial concepts relating to software in a clear and concise manner, suitable for target audiences.
- Must be able to write accurate, concise and informative documentation relating to products and services.
- Assisting with the preparation of content for other materials, where required.
- Educated to degree level in communications, English or related discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience with financial organisation.
- High attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Role has potential to expand to full time incorporating client services/sales marketing.
