They now have an exciting opening at their London office for a Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultant.

As a Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultant you can expect to receive the very best in training that will cover the full recruitment and sales life cycles. The role will cover the full spectrum of recruitment from candidate generations through to client management. Based from a growing London office you will cover either perm or contract vacancies in one of many available technical disciplines. The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and possess a minimum of 3 months sales experience or previous exposure to a commercial sector. You will be highly professional with first class communication and presentation skills and demonstrate high degrees of motivation, drive and commitment. This role requires intelligent individuals with a polished approach, high expectations and a strong desire to win. The successful candidate can expect an initial base salary of 18-20k with an uncapped OTE of 30k in the first year plus an additional benefits package.
