Basic salaries start at £18k and go up to £24k. OTE (On Target Earnings) range from £35k to £50k. All our clients offer uncapped commission and none of them have a threshold (a minimum billing amount required before you can earn commission, so crucially you earn commission on everything you bill). This means you earn money on everything you bring in.
