My client is a high end, specialist recruitment consultancy with an Executive search methodology situated in the City of London; who focus on building strong and long lasting relationships with their clients. My client place into a variety of businesses, focussing on FTSE 100 companies, across Financial Services and Commerce and Industry, with a range of clients which include big brands such as Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, Nestle and Starbucks.
My clients specialises within the procurement and supply chain markets, placing into Asia and Europe. They take a highly proactive approach to recruitment via mapping markets and creating organograms to ensure that you source the optimum candidates within the marketplace. My client is looking for commercially aware, proactive graduates who have a proven track record of academic success and an outgoing, resilient nature. As 80% of their revenue is generated by repeat business, it is fundamental that employees are consultative and deliver a high quality of service to clients and candidates.
Training will be split into two parts; - one on one mentoring implemented by an industry expert who will ensure that your development will be tailored to your method of learning and specific to your particular market. The other will be an overview of the 360 degree recruitment process to ensure that you have the most efficient and streamlined methodology. Both parts to your training will guarantee that you will meet all targets and progress to become a team leader within 12 Months.
This highly lucrative opportunity will allow you to interact with a range of their impressive client base, earning potential is unlimited and completely meritocratic; with an uncapped and tiered commission structure 1st year earnings are £40k on average with a basic of £18-£25k. Career progression is rapid with many graduates becoming team leaders in their first year. Non Monetary incentives are also included such as Michelin Star lunch clubs, trips to Las Vegas and Chamonix, car club etc.
