Their highly successful engineering recruitment team, based in Bristol is now looking to expand due to high levels of repeat business and strong long standing client relationships.
They are currently recruiting for a talented Trainee Recruitment Consultant to run either a permanent or contract recruitment desk within the UK and across the EU. You will be an enthusiastic individual with a hunger for financial success. Experience within a recruitment role would be desirable but is not essential for an applicant who has experience within a sales environment. You will be competitive and will throw your energy into learning new skills and applying them to your role. Business development is a key aspect to this position and as such you will be a quick learner and will not be afraid to get on the phone and start networking and generating business. You must possess excellent communication skills and will be professional in demeanor and attire at all times. My client invests time and training into making sure their consultants are developed to the highest caliber and offer outstanding support and career development. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior sales exec looking to make a move into recruitment or a trainee consultant to join a company with excellent prospects and future expansion plans.
Good salary based on experience plus an uncapped bonus structure, excellent individual and team incentives as well as fast career development.
