You will need:

Basic understanding of medium constraints.
Understanding of color models.
Understanding of grid systems.
Basic photography and videography skills.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Commercial and government design experience.
Experience designing and implementing.

Skills required:

4+ years of Adobe Creative Suite
2+ years of Microsoft Office
2+ years of experience designing templates for use in Word, PowerPoint, Publisher
