Description:
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:-
- Responsible for the creation of time-sensitive and confidential material, with a focus on high-quality output
- Suggest formatting changes to enhance layout of document
- Create Citi-branded documents using MS Office applications
- Scan and trace logos from hard copy
- Create graphics and maps
- Clean-up pictures by using Photoshop
- Check documents quality before submitting to client
- Discuss with clients to clearly understand deadlines and instructions for processing a document properly
- Manage projects to ensure deadlines are met
- Complete related administrative duties for billing and tracking jobs
Qualification:
The successful candidate should fulfill the following requirements:-
- 5 or more years of experience in Presentation team in Investment Banking or Financial field
- Essential to have working knowledge of MS Office application E.g. Powerpoint, Microsoft Word (tables and charts) etc.
- Strong graphic application skills, such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Good customer service skills
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong oral and writte communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under heavy pressure
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Team spirit and proactive attitude
- Able to work 1p.m to 10p.m
