Great Helpdesk/Service Desk Support Engineer role

Location: Bella Vista NSW
Package: $55k - $61k +Super Depending on Experience
We need a driven, confident person with an awesome attitude to work with one of Australia's leading Marking Coding companies in a Helpdesk / Service Desk Support Engineer for the NSW Head Office.
This is a great career start role for a dedicated, career driven person that will see you working in a highly autonomous role, engaging internal and external customers over the phone and email, helping them overcome their technical challenges and provide a range of service related functions for a diverse group of clients.
Ideally, you might have been supporting internal staff in a corporate environment, or perhaps you've run your own business and love being in an autonomous, accountable role.
What you have up your sleeve so far:
- Broad exposure to IT and genuine passion for it!
- Exposure to Packaging / Manufacturing industry a huge bonus
- Good mechanical aptitude, fantastic problem solving / fault-finding skills
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to be flexible with work hours, current drivers licence
