Great part-time opportunity in Aiken, SC!!!

This part-time position is responsible for making outbound collection calls both manually and using a predictive dialer in a fast-paced environment, handling inbound and outbound calls for both active and inactive customers, and negotiating repayment of past due or at-risk billings within Company policies and procedures, Federal collection laws and Georgia Public Service Commission rules and regulations.  Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, a minimum of 6 month of experience working with Customer Service business processes, proficiency with a 10-key calculator, and good computer skills to include a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software to include Word and Excel.  CIS power user and Microsoft PowerPoint experience considered a plus.  Must have the ability to analyze customer issues and determine a mutually beneficial solution; be able to balance customer empathy with collection goals; and have excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with co-workers, management, and other departments.  The selected applicant must be available to work Afternoon shift  Monday - Thursday 12:30-430  2 Saturday’s per month  Evening shift   Monday (4-8) Tuesday -Thursday (4:30-8:30)   2  Saturdays per month   8:30am-1:30pm (will know that schedule in advance).  Credit check, 10yr employment verification, criminal background (SC and Ga. plus any other states they’ve resided in for the past 10 yrs), also drug test and videos prior to assignment.  Training will be held for 6  weeks at times at Mon.( 4-8) Tuesday Thursday (4:30-8:30)
